Hello. I hated sending money through Smart Padala since the afternoon of March 14, 2011. At around 9 AM of this day, I sent money to Smart Padala through # . But lo, and behold! I mistakenly scribbled this set of numbers as 5299-6717-4696-5117. So this meant that the money intended to be sent through Smart Padala Agent # …-4969-… was sent to Smart Padala Agent # …-4696-…. The fault was mine, I admit. However, on cases like this, there should have been procedures for Smart Padala to return the money back to the sender. I was running for my money starting mid-morning and until late afternoon of that day but to no avail. I texted twice and tried to call up cellphone # 09494670917 of SP Agent 4696 for several times; the text messages had no answers, the cellphone unit was off when I tried the calls. Until today, March 21, 2011, there was not a single reply received for my subsequent follow-up text messages. It appeared that the SP system was designed only on just receiving and receiving money from senders. I called up Customer Service at 845-7777. The first male voice I talked with gave me a hint that my money could be returned back to me on cash or could be re-directed to SP Agent 4969, but instructed me to coordinate first with my sending SP Agent. On the other hand, my SP Agent told me I could no longer get my money back unless I contacted, myself, SP Agent 4696 to return the money back. But how could I contact SP Agent 4696 when the cellphone was always off, or maybe 09494670917 was inoperable? nnSmart Padala should return my money back, this is not theirs. smart money isnt safe for sending money, like for instance, My co worker was ask by this certain person we had known (a friend) residing in mindanao that she would like to borrow money for she reason out that her son is in the hospital and she badly needed money. My friend send her money only to know that this person is not exactly our friend in mindanao, that she was just using her name to fool my co worker. Smart should make a process of sending or receiving money where identification u00a0or location is required, (like other remittance small player has) for safety purposes. Me and my friends and co workers will not ever attempt to use your smart money for remittance or sending money transactions again.nnhope that this might be something to consider to alarm your company and the costumersu00a0

i tried to call this number : 09295958778… pero hindi nya sinasagot, kinacancel nya mga calls ko..nhindi nyo po ba pwede ipablock ang card no. na ito nang wala na pong magkamali pa : 557751******1108…?

weeewww..super dami ng bad feedback with smartpadala..i had my experience as well…my cousin send me money but never ko nareciv,anyways was not able to get taht money back

but the smart hotline do they have the power or tools to trace kung saang address ung outlet halimbawang nagkamali ng send ng money?

My cousin was a victim of scam yesterday thru smart pera padala. I’m so disappointed with the smart pera padala knowing that they don’t even care nor secure the money of their customer… I just wonder why of all the comments below, smart company didn’t  do anything about it, why? Do they tolerate these things????  Smart company has to do something something about it, IF, they really have a genuine concern and really care for their customer.

Do you really care of your customer??? Then why in spite of all comments below you didn’t do any actions regarding on it?  Some comments were 6-3 months ago and still, until now you didn’t do anything about it?  I don’t think requiring an identifications for claimer or receiver is such a big thing that you can’t even implement…. Don’t tolerate this problem. ACT!

Kanyang kanyang hate lang yan ako naman i hate all padala system, i love smart padala mabilis makuha ang pera.

naniniwala ka naman sa sabi sabi sana magtanong ka mismo sa mga nag smart padala, so far mula naman nung nag smart padala ako wala pa naman ako encounter na problema pati yung sa pag claim simple lang ang solution hingan mo din ng id gaya ng sa cebuana, hay simpleng solution pinahihirapan.

in terms of smartpadala.. ok naman siya.. i have already sent money thru this transaction and i believe ok naman sya.. kasi when i sent money just a minute or two my mo recieved the money.. mura pah.. so whats the point having bad comments.. when they are dealing good.

Sa experience po namin naibabalik naman ang pera pag nagkamali ng bigay ang customer ng Smart Money Number.  Sa reply ng Smart Money meron ditong number nung receiver.  Itext nyo lang po sila at malamang ibabalik lang nila ang pera sa inyo.  Sa dami ng beses na nagkamali kami ng number naibalik naman lahat.

sa akin satisfied ako sa smart padala  kasi more than two years ko na syang ginagamit ndi  naman ako nagkaproblema, para sa akin, advise ko lang po ay kung saan kayo convenient mag padala eh dun kayo mag padala, tama po ba, tnx god bless

Pinadala sa akin ang perang yun  sa  mga petsang to NOV.16,18 and 19, pero nung try kong e claim nung last week  sabi ng smartmoney outlet not found daw yung  reference number, ano kaya yun! impossible , alangan nman yung sender ang nanloko eh kilala ko yun. Feel ko  kaya nila sinabi not found kasi nga medyo natagalan ang pagclaim ko sa pera.. paano poh ba to? ayaw tlaga ibigay ng smartmoney outlet pera ko eh.. mawawalan tlaga ng customer ang smart kung ganun! ,

Dapat muna ninyong alamin kung authorized ba sila ng smart money o baka ginagamit lang nila ung dapat na pang personal lang na smartmoney…para secure kelangan na magpadala lang sa smart money CENTER hindi ung basta may smart money ay ok lang…tingnan u ung pwesto kung may smartmoney center kc cla talaga ung authorized..
